저도 같은 증상으로 요즘 마그네슘제를 먹어요. 한결 증상이 완화되어 좋아지고 있어요. 마그네슘 챙겨드시고 충분한 수면을 취하시고 스트레스 관리 잘하셔요~ 휴대폰이나 컴퓨터 사용을 줄이시고 눈의 피로도 잘 챙기셔야 할꺼 같아요~ 혹시나 지속적으로 증상이 나타난다면 병원에 내방하셔서 꼭 검진 받으셔요~ 힘내셔서 어여 나으시길 바랄께요~

Recently, I have become quite alarmed by my under-eye twitching whenever I feel tired. At first, it happened once or twice and I thought it was okay, but now it occurs continuously.
