In the past, my vision was about 0.2 in both eyes, but over time, it has gradually worsened to the point where I find it difficult to recognize what something is unless I focus carefully, even if it's just a little far away. Currently, I don't think I need glasses, so I'm monitoring the situation, but I'm worried that if it continues to worsen, it might interfere with my daily life or that my eyes could deteriorate more than I expect.
