Cassia seeds are a representative food good for the eyes, to the extent that there is a saying that long-term consumption of cassia seeds can clear the eyes. Cassia seeds contain vitamin A, vitamin C, carotene, and kampferol, which help prevent vision decline and eliminate symptoms of dark and blurry eyes (※ People with low blood pressure should avoid cassia seeds).

Carrots protect eyesight and prevent night blindness. They are rich in vitamin A, which helps keep the mucous membranes of the eye surface healthy, prevents dryness of the eyes, and has an excellent effect in preventing vision decline.

 

3. Cheese


Cheese is not only rich in vitamin A but also contains a lot of iron, which helps prevent the accumulation of fatigue and protects against the deterioration of eyesight.

 

4. Blueberry


According to studies conducted in Italy and France, blueberries have been found to suppress age-related macular degeneration, a common cause of vision loss in people over 65, and to alleviate eye fatigue. Blueberries are rich in vitamin A, antioxidants, and amino acids, which help prevent dry eyes caused by stiffness or fatigue, as well as night blindness.

Salmon rich in omega-3 fatty acids helps prevent various eye diseases and slows the progression of illnesses.
