(Concern) Is there anyone actively dealing with presbyopia?

Actually, when people talk about presbyopia, I used to think that presbyopia only affected the so-called generation of grandmothers and grandfathers, and I honestly thought it was someone else's problem.

I never thought presbyopia would come in my 40s, and in my case, I suddenly felt something was wrong with my eyes. For example, I was looking at my phone at the usual distance when suddenly the text became blurry and I couldn't see it clearly.

So I thought my eyes were tired, so I rubbed them and tried to look with squinted eyes, and even closed my eyes to rest a bit, but nothing improved at all. In the end, after gathering everyone's opinions, I realized I had presbyopia.

I've had poor eyesight since I was a teenager and have worn glasses all my life, but it's different from just nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism; it feels like my quality of life has significantly decreased.

Whether looking at my phone or reading a book, I kept putting on and taking off my glasses or lifting and lowering them, which made daily life quite inconvenient.

So I got multifocal lenses, but I also experience slight dizziness, and I am seriously considering whether I should undergo some kind of procedure or treatment instead of glasses.

Has anyone here taken proactive steps such as visiting the hospital for treatment?

It's only natural that my eyes, having been used for decades, are starting to creak, but it's so sad.
