Using disposable artificial tears helps to hydrate the eyes when they are dry.
And I occasionally do eye exercises. They are eye movements.
Just as any muscle becomes stiff if not used, the muscles in the eye are the same.
Since the range of eye movement is not wide in daily life, we roll the eyes once or twice a day.
Draw circles up, down, left, and right, then roll your eyes in an 8-shaped pattern to exercise.
Then I feel much cooler and my vision opens up.
Finally, rub your palms together to generate heat, close your eyes, and gently press on the eyelids.
It has a massage effect similar to acupressure, so I like it.
I bought an eye heat massager for massage.
You really have to make up your mind to use it, since you need to turn it on, charge it, and put it on your head.
I love that I can give massages anytime and anywhere with just my two hands.
