Do people with allergic rhinitis experience itchy eyes?

My son has allergic rhinitis.

Both mom and dad don't have rhinitis, but why does the son have it?ㅠㅠ

Originally, rhinitis starts in the nose and is connected to the eyes.

I was prescribed eye drops at the ophthalmology clinic because my eyes are going to be extremely itchy.

I am regularly applying it to soothe the itching.

Is there any other good method besides frequently rinsing your eyes with allergy medication and artificial tears?
