👁️ I've been having eye twitching for a week now🥲

For a week now, the muscles around my lower left eye have been shaking and moving on their own.

It's frustrating because I can't do anything when the area under my eyes starts to twitch twice or even four times a day, stops for a while, and starts twitching again.

When I searched the internet, I found that some people said they were malnourished and got better after taking nutritional supplements.

I can't figure out if it's just a simple cramp, a real problem with my nervous system, or a nutritional deficiency 😞

What did those of you who had eye twitching do?

If it's medical treatment, should it be ophthalmology?
