I don't know if it's because of lack of sleep, but I've had severe eye twitching for a long time.
So, I was looking into it and found out that magnesium is good for eye twitching, so I've been taking it regularly, but whenever I get a little tired, stressed, or drink, my eyes start twitching again. Is magnesium only temporary?
But that doesn't mean I can't drink while working.
It's really embarrassing. People around me are asking why my eye twitches so much, so I'm even more worried.
Is there anything else you're taking that's good for eye twitching? I'd love to hear about something other than magnesium that's effective.
