I treated my eye twitching by reducing my daily stress and taking nutritional supplements.
A few months ago, I suddenly developed eye twitching. At first, it wasn't severe, so I didn't pay much attention to it, thinking it would just go away. Even if eye twitching doesn't seem like much, it can be quite bothersome and disruptive to daily life when it gets worse. One cause of eye twitching is said to be magnesium deficiency. Magnesium plays a crucial role in nerve and muscle function, so a deficiency can lead to muscle cramps and tremors. So, to treat my eye twitching, I purchased a magnesium supplement and took it daily.
Besides magnesium, another nutrient that affects eye twitching is the B vitamins. These vitamins support eye health and strengthen nerve function, and vitamins B6 and B12, in particular, are said to activate nerve pathways and help treat eye twitching. So, to treat my eye twitching, I bought a supplement that primarily contains B vitamins and took it daily along with magnesium.
And since fatigue and stress are said to have a big impact on eye twitching, I increased my sleep and exercised for an hour every day to treat it.
