Astaxanthin and blueberries are good for preventing presbyopia.

I am quite attentive to my health, so I took an early interest in and prepared for presbyopia prevention earlier than my friends. I wondered how I could delay the onset of presbyopia while preventing it, so I looked into various materials and started taking astaxanthin and blueberries daily. As a result, I was able to significantly delay the onset of presbyopia symptoms compared to people of the same age. Presbyopia is one of the aging phenomena of the eyes that inevitably occurs to everyone someday. However, those who pay attention to and work on preventing presbyopia experience symptoms much later than others, allowing them to maintain their vision comfortably and healthily. The cause of presbyopia is weakened eye muscles. Astaxanthin is a component that helps tighten the relaxed eye muscles and maintain focus. In fact, there are many research results published in clinical ophthalmology journals showing that continuous intake of astaxanthin improves eye focusing ability. It can be said that there is some scientifically validated effect in preventing presbyopia. Therefore, I also continued taking astaxanthin for presbyopia prevention.

The component called anthocyanin contained in blueberries is said to protect retinal cells and reduce eye fatigue. In fact, good lifestyle habits for eye health are more important for preventing presbyopia. However, in modern society, there are so many factors that cause eye fatigue that there are inevitably limits to improving lifestyle habits.
