I have been experiencing presbyopia symptoms since last year, and it is uncomfortable.
There are times when it's hard to even look at a smartphone.
I don't think it's enough to require presbyopia correction yet.
Is there a way to delay the symptoms of presbyopia as much as possible?
I've been taking lutein regularly, but I don't really notice any effects.
