Grade summary of foods that help with irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal troubles, and related issues‼️

I have a stomach ache and it's really hard to go back and forth to the bathroom..😔

🔸S Grade (Very good food - Highly recommended, Low FODMAP)
▪️Steamed rice - gluten-free and easy to digest
▪️Potato - Low glycemic carbohydrate, gentle on the stomach
▪️Carrot - Low FODMAP vegetable, gentle on the stomach
▪️Banana (unripe) - Low-FODMAP fruit, easy to digest

🔸Grade A (Good food - can be consumed frequently, low FODMAP)
Egg - rich in protein and free of FODMAPs
Tofu - one of the soy products that is relatively easy to digest
▪️Sweet potato (small amount) - Some may have difficulty digesting it, but an appropriate amount is okay.
▪️Blueberries - Safe when consumed in small amounts

🔸Grade B (Average - Moderate intake, Intermediate food map)
▪️Tomato - Low pH when cooked, high acidity when raw, so caution is advised.
Cooked cabbage - small amounts are okay, but may cause gas.
▪️Broccoli (small amount, cooked) - Excessive intake may cause gas, but moderate amounts are okay.
▪️Pineapple - may cause digestive discomfort in some people

🔸C Grade (Foods to be cautious of - varies by constitution, Gopod Map)
▪️Apple - High fructose content may cause abdominal bloating
▪️Belly - Contains ingredients that are difficult to digest and may cause gas
▪️Onions - High in FODMAP content, which may stimulate the intestines
▪️Legumes - High in galactans, which may cause gas production

🔸F Grade (Foods to Avoid - Limit as Much as Possible, High Potassium Map)
Dairy products (milk, yogurt, etc.) - high in lactose, causing indigestion.
▪️Flour (bread, pasta, etc.) - Contains gluten and high FODMAP ingredients
Zero-calorie drinks - Artificial sweeteners may irritate the intestines and cause diarrhea.
Ice cream - Dairy products may increase the risk of colon irritation
