I have never been able to eat apples well since I was young. When I eat an apple, I somehow feel that my digestion doesn't go well, and it feels like the apple stays in my stomach, which is uncomfortable. Especially at night, eating an apple causes excessive stomach acid, leading to discomfort and pain, making it difficult to sleep. Is there any way to solve this? Should I just accept it as my constitution and give up on eating apples?
