How to solve constipation

I used to enjoy playing computer games.

Of course, it involves sitting on a chair, which reduced my activity level, and not eating a balanced diet was the cause of my constipation. I actually had it twice and went through quite a bit of suffering.

After experiencing difficulties twice, I started taking walks and hiking more often to increase my activity level, and I also increased my intake of easily digestible foods like beans and tofu.

By doing this, even now, despite doing a lot of sitting work like video editing, she is able to have regular bowel movements, so worries about constipation have disappeared.

Is there anyone who can relate?
