Review of changing eating and lifestyle habits after diagnosis of gastric ulcer

A few years ago, whenever I ate something, I would feel a bit of nausea, a burning sensation in my stomach, and difficulty digesting. I thought I might have indigestion, so I took digestive medicine, but the burning and pain were severe. I went to the hospital for a check-up and was told that it was early-stage gastric ulcer symptoms caused by stress, irregular lifestyle, and eating habits. Above all, the burning sensation made it difficult to eat properly and live normally, so I took medication for gastric ulcers and took nutritional supplements that are good for stomach health and recovery, gradually treating the gastric ulcer.

The causes of gastric ulcers are diverse, but I had a significantly high level of stress related to work, which worsened my gastritis and led to a gastric ulcer. Therefore, I tried to change my usually sensitive personality, and I practiced a lot of meditation to avoid stress and not to worry about trivial matters. Additionally, for the treatment of the gastric ulcer, I avoided overeating, quit smoking, and reduced social commitments, as quitting smoking is a very important part of the treatment, and I focused on improving my lifestyle habits. Furthermore, to promote healing of the ulcer, I not only improved my lifestyle habits but also took enzymes and nutritional supplements believed to help keep the stomach healthy and aid recovery. First, I chose Suneui Enzyme Cabbage Enzyme, which is made from fresh cabbage frozen to make it easier to consume daily, as eating raw cabbage every day was difficult. Consistently taking it helped my digestion and seemed to lessen the burden on my stomach, which I found beneficial. I also took a stomach health supplement called NeuroLaps ProNikara, which contains honeysuckle flower bud extract, believed to protect the stomach lining and assist in healing ulcers. It also includes 17 types of probiotics and many plant-based ingredients that support stomach health and digestion, making it a good product for my condition. By taking enzymes and supplements, and changing my eating and lifestyle habits, my ulcer symptoms gradually improved, and I am now much better. I plan to continue managing my health diligently to prevent the ulcer from recurring.

    아이고... 위궤양이라니..  얼마나 놀라셨겠어요.. 저도 건강검진할때 위에 헬리코박터균 있어서 제거도 했고 위궤양이 의심된다고도 했었는데.. 알려주신 방법으로 저도 바꿔봐야 겠네요. 감사합니다.
