Are there any of you who frequently experience indigestion?

Since I was young, I have had indigestion and a feeling of fullness (called a bloated stomach), often experiencing hand numbness and carrying herbal medicine.

I think I lived.

I reached my peak in high school, haha. The academic stress really took a toll on me.

Dad's stomach and intestines are not healthy. I think I inherited my stomach rather than my intestines. 😢

Taking too much antacid isn't good either... Actually,

So I try to endure as much as I can, but I get so frustrated that I feel like I might go crazy, so I just eat it.

Sometimes, even after taking antacids like this, the bloating remains... There have been many times when I felt frustrated.

There is a post saying that people who frequently suffer from indigestion should follow proper eating habits, so I wanted to share it.

 

What could be the cause of indigestion??

When eating habits are irregular or when eating hurriedly, and food is swallowed without chewing thoroughly in the mouth,

They say it feels burdensome above.

I think that's generally how it is.

Others are caused by constipation, stress, or stomach ulcers.

 

 

So, how can we prevent indigestion?

To be honest, it's about taking at least 30 minutes for meal times slowly.

Chew thoroughly in your mouth and swallow it down.

When I think about it, I always seem to get indigestion when I eat hurriedly or when I eat more than I usually do.

So, I tend to eat a little and often in my daily life.

And taking a walk after meals is also said to be helpful.

Taking a walk after meals is good for blood sugar management, so it would be nice to do it together.

 

People who are suffering from indigestion like me,

Take small bites and chew well.

Please eat slowly~

    저도 소화불량이 있는데 특히 딱딱한거 먹으면 소화가 잘 안 되는 것 같아요. 내가 좋아하는 거는 오징어 포 같은건데 더욱더 안 되더라고요..
