I keep feeling indigestion and gas in my stomach, so I looked it up.

Oh, the more I pay attention to the diet, the more I feel like I'm sinking into a swamp.
Trying to reduce the amounts of mixed grains, dairy products, cabbage, onions, broccoli, coffee, tea, artificial sweeteners, and so on... Should I just ignore the diet altogether and live roughly... 😢
Cabbage is good for the stomach but not good for the intestines.
