I usually have trouble digesting, so I was very concerned, but I want to share some effective tips that work without medication.
I steam the cabbage until it almost loses its shape, then gently spread ssamjang (fermented soybean paste) on it and use a spoon to spread it evenly. Be careful not to use too much ssamjang. I always keep this as a side dish and eat it regularly. After finishing my rice, I mix fermented vinegar into sparkling water and drink it. By having dinner this way consistently, I find that I have fewer days with poor digestion. ^^
