크론병 라면 먹는 게 큰 문제인가요? 몸 관리만 잘하면 되는 거 아닌가요?
You shouldn't eat ramen with Crohn's disease, right? I really want to eat ramen though.
I really want to eat ramen today... but I'm worried because of Crohn's disease.
Originally, it's said that it's best to avoid spicy, salty, and greasy foods.
Especially, ramen is so savory and spicy that I really crave it, but I wonder if my stomach can actually handle it.

Actually, I sometimes give in to temptation and eat a bite or two, but afterward I often feel uncomfortable or bloated.
Nevertheless, on stressful days like these, I can't help but think of spicy foods like ramen.
I was wondering if there are any ways to make eating ramen for Crohn's disease less irritating, so I looked it up on the internet and found some tips.
First, they said to significantly reduce the amount of soup and leave as much broth as possible.
And instead of noodles, buying gluten-free noodles separately and boiling them is also an option...
In this case, ramen might not even seem like ramen. 😅
Still, I think I should just endure it today.
Should I try eating Crohn's disease ramen later when it's more stable?
How do you avoid eating ramen with Crohn's disease?
