Then, one person recommended a supplement called Mastic Gum, which is good for esophagitis and gastritis.

At first, eating felt very awkward.

Walking exercise is also really good.

    저도 역류성 식도염이랑 위염 달고 사는데 적어주신거 다 지켜야 하는데 쉽지 않네요
    음식을 씹을 때 30번씩 꼭 씹어서->진짜 중요한데 허겁지겁 먹게됨 ㅠㅠ
    간식과 술 커피 -> 술은 안마시는데 간식이랑 커피는 진짜 못끊겠네요 ㅠㅠ
    아직 정신 못차렸나봐요
    철저하게 관리하셔서 건강 되찾으신거 정말 대단하신 것 같아요
