숲과나무님 가족분이 위가 많이 약하시나 보네요.위는 소량씩 여러번 나누어서 식사를 해요.소화가 ㅈ안되는 밀가루음식.자극성 음식을 먹으면 안되어요. 위는 아주 약하기 때문에 스트레스도 받지 않아야ㅈ되고요. 양배추즙이 위에 좋다고하네요
