Sometimes I skip breakfast and overeat at lunch or dinner, and I often have trouble digesting greasy foods.
But when I just stay still or sleep during those times, it gets worse. However, if I go outside to get some fresh air or take a walk and focus on walking briskly for about 30 minutes, I find that I digest without even realizing it.
It's a bit of a downside that I digest it so well that I want to eat more, haha.
Still, these days I consistently walk at least 10,000 steps a day, and it's rare that I experience indigestion.
I recommend walking for those who have indigestion.
