A review of treating 'gastric ulcer' through early lifestyle changes and nutritional supplement intake
Since around the end of last year, I have constantly felt bloated, had indigestion, and experienced severe stomach pain when eating spicy foods. So I went to the hospital, and they told me I had early-stage gastric ulcer caused by stress-induced gastritis. From then on, I changed my lifestyle habits and took supplements beneficial for the stomach, and I would like to share my experience of treating the gastric ulcer.
First of all, you need to reduce stress. In my case, stress-induced gastritis progressed to a stomach ulcer, so to reduce stress, I shortened my working hours and workload and maximized my free time.
Secondly, engaging in light exercise to energize the body, aid digestion, and relax the mind is good for stomach ulcers. Therefore, instead of sitting still or lying down during free time, I took a light walk in the park or along the trail for at least an hour each day.
For a third point, it is essential to avoid overeating, drinking alcohol, and smoking for gastric ulcers. This was the hardest part for me, but since health comes first, I decisively quit drinking and smoking. I also reduced my food intake.
And not only did I change my lifestyle habits, but I also took nutritional supplements that help with stomach health to treat my gastric ulcer. I took two different types of supplements with different personalities, and I did not take them at the same time but spaced out their intake.
The first supplement is NeuroLabs Pronica. The main ingredient in NeuroLabs Pronica is an extract of honeysuckle flower buds, which can help protect the stomach lining and aid in the treatment of gastric ulcers. It also contains 17 types of probiotics and 26 plant-based sub-ingredients that support stomach health. This was taken once a day, two tablets.
The second supplement is Basai-chan. Basai-chan contains a rich amount of digestive enzymes. These digestive enzymes are essential for treating stomach ulcers. Enzymes needed for protein breakdown and metabolism after meals are abundant in vegetables and fruits. However, to produce enough of these enzymes, one would have to eat a large amount of vegetables and fruits, so I decided to take Basai-chan, which concentrates the digestive enzymes. I took one tablet before each meal, three times a day.
By changing my lifestyle habits and taking appropriate supplements, my gastric ulcer symptoms improved in just three months, and now I am fully healed. I plan to continue maintaining this healthy state consistently. This was my initial self-treatment story for gastric ulcers. I wish everyone a healthy life.
