Is the weakening of digestive function the problem???
Originally, everyone in the family has a genetic tendency towards weak liver and digestive functions.
Mom has also been through a lot, and I have as well.
I tried eating the cabbage that is said to be good above, but I didn't see much effect.
Whenever I have an endoscopy at the hospital, it's always gastritis... and I also have severe reflux esophagitis, so even if I eat something wrong, I feel uncomfortable or vomit;;;
The conclusion reached after years of suffering from the stomach and intestines
My stomach function is not the same as others...
My stomach is like that of a child, so I can't digest much food, and the conclusion is that eating in moderation is the only answer.
After accepting it, I generally don't overeat.
Eating too much always guarantees indigestion.
But since I'm human too, when I see something delicious, I want to eat a lot; there are times I can't control myself.
Lately, strangely, my upper stomach keeps bloating, and I can't eat as well as before;;;
Even if I eat just a little, I quickly feel very full, and when I try to eat more, I start to feel short of breath gradually.
I keep burping or feeling bloated with stomach pain, and even when I go to the bathroom, I don't have a bowel movement, but I keep passing gas.
Feeling like the gas keeps building up???
I used to occasionally experience these symptoms before, and back then my stomach would feel cold, but now it's not like that anymore.
Oh, I'm on a diet, so eating a little bit isn't a big deal;;;
These days, it's hot, so I drink water frequently... Even just drinking water makes my stomach feel very cold and I feel short of breath;;;
I get an endoscopy every two years without fail and I try to control my diet well, so why isn't my stomach getting stronger?
