I didn't have these symptoms before, but lately I've been feeling a bit worse.
I'm a bread and rice enthusiast, and I can't resist eating those kinds of foods, but lately I haven't been able to digest them...ㅠㅠ
These days, I keep drinking one 500ml bottle of cola every day.
Why does it feel like my stomach settles and digests better when I drink carbonated beverages?
Carbonated drinks are probably not good either, right?
Should I just endure carbohydrate foods like flour?
