I often experience stomach cramps, so I have been prescribed medication for stomach cramps and take it whenever I feel pain.
There is also stress in adults, but since I can't do anything about that, I am trying to improve my eating habits at least.
Do you know any foods, eating habits, or lifestyle habits that are good for stomach cramps?
I'm trying to change my habits even a little. I'm trying to cut down on coffee as much as possible, but it's not going well haha
