밤엔 잘 주무시나요? 저도 식곤증이 심해서 점심 먹고나면 거의 졸고앉아있는데 사실 밤잠을 잘 못자거든요. 매일 5시간정도? 자다보니 피곤해서 낮에 졸린게 당연한거 같아요 밤잠의 질을 높이는게 제일 우선인 것 같아요~

Until about two years ago, even after binge eating, indigestion was a distant issue for me.
At some point, whenever I eat a little more, I feel more bloated.
I feel sleepy at the same time.
The severity of sleepiness after eating is so intense that I can't stay awake, and if I try to endure it, I end up mumbling in my sleep even if someone tries to talk to me. ㅠ
In the past, I could manage for 1-2 hours or feel better after a walk, but nowadays, nothing works.
So I just slept, and since I had eaten, I feel nauseous when I wake up, so I sit and doze off repeatedly 😥
Does anyone else have a similar experience to mine? How are you coping with it?
