저도 소화력이 많이 떨어졌어요. 확실히 예전과 달라진 점이랄까요. 그래서 일단 식단을 좀 바꿔봤어요. 식사량도 줄여봤고요. 그랬더니 소화가 좀 편해요.

The age to chew stones and chew on iron has already passed, and now that I am at an age where I feel pain here and there, my digestion is weakening.
As I get older and have tried many foods and know what's delicious, I want to eat a lot, but I can't digest everything I eat.
If you can't handle a bloated stomach, I don't know what to do. As fat continues to accumulate, belly fat worsens, and unfortunately, I guess I have to reduce my eating.
Sometimes I get help from enzyme powder, but I can't take it every day...
Is there really no other way but to reduce eating? Please give me some advice.
