Is there anyone with more severe irritable bowel syndrome than me?

A man in his early 30s, who has suffered from IBS mixed-type irritable bowel syndrome for two years.

I am now almost fully recovered, and I am eating all the foods I used to enjoy.

Of course, I am maintaining my health by consistently keeping up with my lifestyle habits to sustain my condition.

Lost over 10 kg in just one month and visited the bathroom 4 to 5 times a day.

The symptoms have persisted for nearly a year and a half, but to get to the point,

I wonder if there are others who have suffered like me; if so, I would like to share opinions and leave this message to help.

My personal know-how that allowed my hellish overconfidence to be completely cured is

It was basic lifestyle habit correction (exercise + diet) and abdominal steaming.

1. Lifestyle habit correction

- Exercise

This is truly the exercise you need to do to survive.

Having an enlarged gland means that the intestine, which accounts for 70% of the body's immunity, is damaged.

While exercising, you should aim to maximize your body's immune strength and improve digestion.

I just ate and walked for two hours every day, rain or snow.

- Diet therapy

Medications like NorMix tablets provided by the hospital, traditional Korean medicine, probiotics, enzymes, etc.

I tried everything, but I only lost money and saw no effect at all, and then I found out about it on the internet.

I tried the Yangbasa (cabbage + banana + apple) juice, and it was better than I expected.

I drank it every morning. It was easy to make and comfortable to drink, so it suited me personally.

2. Cold compress

This is when I have severe stomach pain or diarrhea.

Whenever you feel uncomfortable or unwell, I used to do this: applying warm belly compresses.

This is a method I do frequently because it makes me feel more comfortable and lighter inside.

Personally, I believe that for patients with gigantism, it is not a choice but a necessity.

Since I am a working professional, I often experienced stomach pain even while working.

You should apply a warm compress to the irritable stomach; I think it will help relieve the gas and abdominal pain.

The clay heat pack on the market wasn't bad either.

I was recommended by someone who has suffered from bloating for a long time, so I bought a heating pad specifically for the colon and used it to soothe my intestines every day.

It really melts away the pain, so it's an essential item, and these days, hot packs that stick on are also available on the market.

I have suffered from irritable bowel syndrome, so I wonder if there are others who share the same concerns as me.

I ended up giving another long-winded, overly broad response.

Gigantism may seem like nothing special, but it's a persistent disease with difficult causes and treatments.

Reading many testimonials about complete recovery from irritable bowel syndrome at cafes will be helpful.

And if you only follow the two methods I mentioned above, you will see a lot of improvement.

If you have any questions, please leave a reply, and I will answer to the best of my knowledge.

I hope everyone is healthy.
