Why do I keep getting stomach aches and diarrhea so often???

I've had stomach problems since high school. When I suddenly moved far away and continued attending my original school without transferring, I couldn't eat meals on time, and during times of extreme hunger, I would hurriedly fill my stomach with spicy snacks. As a result, my eating habits worsened significantly from that time onward.

Went to university, drank alcohol quickly, and partied late into the night;;;

Since then, I've been working at many companies where working overtime is as common as eating meals;;

Anyway, if I try to make various excuses, my eating habits have been quite damaged for a long time~

Thanks to the probiotic supplement I took regularly, the colon problem that used to cause severe constipation and diarrhea has improved somewhat.

My eating habits are still somewhat problematic, but thanks to my recent efforts to at least eat every meal without skipping, even if in small amounts, my frequent indigestion issues have improved somewhat.

But recently, I've been experiencing frequent abdominal pain and indigestion again.

It's not like I ate spoiled food, ate a lot suddenly, or ate greasy food hastily, but without any warning signs, I was feeling fine and then suddenly on my way to work, my stomach started to cramp intensely with a sharp pain, and if I didn't go to the bathroom immediately, it would become a serious problem...

About ten years ago, when I was working at a different company, I experienced the same symptoms repeatedly.

It's a company that takes about 40 minutes by subway, and there was no problem until I left the house, but after traveling 2 or 3 stations, my stomach suddenly starts to ache gently, my face turns pale, I break out in cold sweat, and I experience unbearable abdominal pain. I would then hurriedly get off the subway and rush to the bathroom. Sometimes, I had to jump off the subway 2 or 3 times just to run to the bathroom.

Because of that, I often arrive late to work about 2 to 3 times a week... I really remember how difficult it was when I suddenly couldn't find a bathroom and felt completely helpless.

That symptom has started again recently.

Actually, ten years ago, when I experienced such symptoms, I was working at that company and was under a lot of stress, and my physical strength was really at rock bottom, to the point that I called 119 three times from the company;;;

Eventually, after quitting the company, those symptoms disappeared as if by magic.

But lately, I haven't had any particularly stressful events, my eating habits have improved, and I've even started exercising more, so I'm taking good care of my body. I don't really understand why I'm feeling this way again...

I almost always have diarrhea at least once a week in the morning...

I almost had a sudden heart attack on my way to work this morning;;

Holding onto my sanity, I finally arrived at the company and rushed to the bathroom;;; SAFE!!

On days when I have these symptoms, I always experience a headache and my head hurts all day long, and my hands and stomach feel cold as if I have indigestion all day. Is this stomach upset also a type of digestive disorder after all?

I get a gastroscopy every two years without fail and I eat pretty well, so why are my stomach and intestines like this? What kind of measures should I take to alleviate my symptoms?

Tip: Dietary adjustments for diarrhea and stomach upset

When experiencing stomach pain or issues, staying hydrated is important.

Since symptoms of dehydration may appear, it is necessary to keep drinking barley tea or lukewarm water.

In addition, it is important to drink electrolyte beverages to recover electrolytes, and it is recommended to start eating lukewarm and soft foods such as porridge, liquid diets, and porridge once you feel a little better. Especially, it is better to eat foods that are not seasoned and not irritating.

It is good to eat non-irritating foods that do not strain the stomach and intestines so that the digestive system can calm down, and if possible, fasting for about 1 to 2 days is effective. After fasting, it is recommended to soothe the stomach with rice porridge or light broth after the fasting period.
