On days when I eat a lot of dinner at my sister's place,

Since sleeping at night, I have felt very bloated inside.

The next morning, I have a very upset stomach.

 

So, I ate less dinner the next time, but

When I come home after working hard... I'm hungry.

Couldn't wait through the fasting state

Eventually, I end up eating snacks or bread at night.

 

Of course, it may not seem like much to others, but

I just feel so miserable that I want to rant.

To avoid reflux esophagitis caused by post-meal drowsiness...

I was controlling my diet to make my stomach smaller.

Now, even a slight change in meal size can affect me.

    저도 위가 약한편이라 너무 공감이가요
    선천적으로 소화력이 좋지않아 남들보다 많이먹질않앗은데도 위산이 많이나오고 속쓰림이 심해지더라구요
    엄마는 너가 아빠닮아서 그렇다고 하는데 유전성이 잇는건지저랑 아빠는 밀기루음식을 먹으면 그담엔 힘들어서 꼭 소화제랑 위보호약을 먹어요
    만성이 되지않게 식이요법과 약물요법을 꼭 병행하시면 좋을거같아요
    맛잇는거 맘껏먹고 위가 편한분들이 제일 부럽더라구요
    저희도 위관리 잘해서 맛잇는것도 먹고 편안한 삶을 영위해보아요^^
