Lately, I haven't had much of an appetite, so I haven't been eating properly.
So I ate cool foods or spicy foods.
But I am experiencing severe stomach pain and frequent trips to the bathroom.
I can't eat properly and only keep drinking coffee or water. What should I eat?
I can't get motivated, so I can't exercise properly.
Isn't it better to recover first by eating comforting food?
Strangely, every summer I lose my appetite and have trouble digesting.
