Even after eating just a little, I feel like I can't digest properly... Both my mother and sister have weak stomachs, so they have trouble digesting and often experience stomach cramps, but when I was young, I had no issues with digestion or stomach cramps. However, since becoming an adult, my stomach has been having trouble digesting, and I frequently experience symptoms of stomach cramps... What should I do?

행복한걸소식이랑 천천히 꼭꼭십어드심이 효과가 좀 있더라구요
강아림가까운 병원에 한번 가셔서 진료를 받고 검사를 해보셔야 될듯해요
