I started making and eating yogurt for my intestinal health.

It seems to be a few years old. When I get bored, I often buy and eat the yogurt sold in stores, but since it contains a lot of sugar and other additives, our bodies are exposed to artificial flavors and tastes.

I'm worried that things might change for the worse.

I make it steadily at home... So I don't have any particular allergies and I live completely unaware of constipation.

Maybe because my immune system is strong, I haven't encountered COVID-19 yet.

I hardly ever go to the hospital for a cold more than once or twice a year ^^

▶️ Glass bottles: sterilize by boiling and then dry

Add 3 parts milk and 1 part plain yogurt

▶️Fermentation for 7 hours in summer and half a day in winter

Store in the refrigerator

Include plain yogurt when preparing daily healthy meals
