(Honey Tip) Tips for Maintaining Digestive Health!
I have been physically weak since I was young.
Not only a cold, but also digestive functions, that is, the stomach, were not in good condition.
I often have gas and constipation... unexplained abdominal pain has been bothering me.
So, I, who have always been very interested in health, saw effective results.
I would like to share some tips for maintaining stomach health.
1. Taking cabbage juice regularly
You know that cabbage juice is famous for stomach health, right?
The best way to take care of stomach health seems to be drinking cabbage juice.
After drinking cabbage juice, my heartburn disappeared and I experienced less gas.
It is more effective if it is made entirely of 100% cabbage juice.
This has the disadvantage of being a bit bland..
If you're worried about it tasting bad, you can also try apple cabbage juice, haha.
Cabbage juice benefits
- Promotes healthy gastric mucosa, aiding in the treatment and prevention of gastric ulcers
- Boosts immunity and prevents aging
- Prevention of constipation, prevention of anemia
- Acne prevention, soothing effect
- Anticancer effect
2. Take probiotics and enzymes regularly
1) Probiotics
These days, one of the essential supplements seems to be probiotics.
There are many types of probiotics! Oral probiotics, vaginal probiotics, intestinal probiotics, etc.
I take probiotic vaginal and intestinal bacteria.
Vaginal probiotics are also good for preventing vaginitis, cystitis, and constipation.
Jangyu probiotics seem to be definitely effective in preventing constipation.
Vaginal probiotics are taken along with Zero Pemdophilus.
Jangyu probiotics are taken regularly as recommended by the pharmacist, Medirac.
Both are really great in effectiveness.
2) Enzyme
These days, what's also popular is enzymes.
Since my stomach was not good, constipation was a problem, but digestion itself was also difficult.
So I tried taking enzymes because I heard they are good.
There definitely seems to be a difference before and after taking the enzyme.
Maybe I feel a bit more comfortable inside.
3. Eating natto food
Are you aware that Japan is famous for being a longevity country?
This is all because of natto!
The component called nattokinase, which is produced during the fermentation process of natto, dissolves blood clots.
It is said to prevent cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, myocardial infarction, and stroke.
Additionally, because it is consumed alive, containing ingredients like Bacillus bacteria that help with gut health.
It is said to be helpful for colon health, prevent colon cancer, boost immunity, and improve skin beauty.
So, since I heard that, I order and eat several packs of natto.
The picture above is a photo of my actual freezer, haha.
It's a food that people either love or hate, but I found it delicious.
So, when I really crave late-night snacks, I eat a pack of natto like this.
Let me introduce my favorite natto bibimbap!
Making natto bibimbap is very simple!
1) Slice the onions and soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
2) Cut the radish, carrot, and pumpkin into pieces, then stir-fry the carrots and pumpkin.
3) Add natto, natto sauce, wasabi, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then top with a fried egg at the end and mix everything together!
Depending on the situation in the house refrigerator and your preference, you can also add stir-fried mushrooms, and you can include lettuce, perilla leaves, and chives as well.
Adding a lot of vegetables makes your stomach feel full quickly and is good for your health, haha.
4. Have a light dinner (no overeating)
If I overeat or eat a lot in the evening, I feel really bad in my stomach the next morning.
So eating a clean dinner was good because it helped with my diet and didn't strain my stomach.
I mainly ate apples, avocados, chicken breasts, eggs, and bell peppers.
Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits is good for feeling full and also helps with constipation.
Instead of eating a lot in the evening, I usually eat more during lunch when I am more active!
Even if you eat a lot instead, you must chew slowly and thoroughly!
Walking for short distances
Even if it was a short distance, I always took a taxi or public transportation.
When starting app tech, I try to walk as long a distance as possible to reach 10,000 steps!
I walk for one or two stops on the subway or bus.
The company is about a 40-minute walk away, so I walk there haha.
Certainly, walking after not walking for a while gives me a sense of weight loss and improves digestion.
Walking is definitely the best exercise that doesn't strain the body.
