As I get older, I realize that my digestion is not as good as it used to be. In the past, I could eat late at night, eat until I was full, and then fall asleep, but those days are gone. Aging seems to make our body systems more prone to failure, almost like an unavoidable fate. Therefore, I want to learn about exercises, lifestyle habits, or foods that promote good digestion, as this has become a recent interest of mine.
