I have been suffering from constipation since my twenties.
I was unsure whether to see you once a week or not. My stomach definitely hurts... but I don't feel better after going to the bathroomㅠ
Since I didn't want to take medication, I just lived.
But now that I think I've raised the children in 2023, I realize I need to take care of myself.
So, my routine that started!✅
