Is there anyone suffering from constipation?

I want to share my routine that started in January 2023.

I have been suffering from constipation since my twenties.

I was unsure whether to see you once a week or not. My stomach definitely hurts... but I don't feel better after going to the bathroomㅠ

 

Since I didn't want to take medication, I just lived.

But now that I think I've raised the children in 2023, I realize I need to take care of myself.

So, my routine that started!✅

 

First~

My very easy ⭐️ morning routine!

 

Drink 300 to 500 milliliters of lukewarm water on an empty stomach.Is there anyone suffering from constipation?

🌱And wake-up stretching on the yoga mat

The most effective thing is drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach.

I really want to share this with everyone.

 

The benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning

  1. Elimination of toxins and waste products from the body
  2. Prevention of chronic dehydration
  3. Prevention of myocardial infarction and stroke
  4. Prevention of constipation
  5. Help with weight loss

And you must drink lukewarm or warm water. Cold water constricts blood vessels and shrinks the stomach, which can have negative effects.

And an important thing!

You should definitely brush your teeth and drink water on an empty stomach. It is said that you will swallow the bacteria that have formed in your mouth overnight. If brushing is difficult, please rinse your mouth with mouthwash or rinse your mouth before eating.

I found it really hard to drink water on an empty stomach, but after doing it this year, I truly feel a difference!
