위염은 식단 조절하고 잘 지키면 호전되었다가 자유롭게 먹기 시작하면 다시 심해지더라구요. 위에 좋다는 양배추, 식이섬유 풍부한 야채들도 되도록 많이 먹으려고 노력합니다. 밀가루, 맵고 짠 자극적인 음식들은 덜 먹도록 하구요.

I had a mild gastritis before, but since I didn't feel any pain, I didn't think much of it and just lived my life. However, as time went on, my stomach started to hurt and I felt uncomfortable, so I went to the hospital. They told me I had gastritis and esophagitis. After taking medication, I felt better, but if I stop the medication, my condition worsens again. I'm worried about what to do. I'm curious how others with gastritis or esophagitis manage their condition!!!
