Hemorrhoids~ ㅡㅡ

Every time I have a bowel movement, something protrudes outside my anus.

There is bleeding. The protrusion won't go back in even with force.

If you search on the internet, it seems like hemorrhoids, so I take hemorrhoid medication.

I've tried applying ointment, but only bleeding has persisted for about a week without stopping.

The bleeding starts again.

I'm both afraid of going to the hospital and find it bothersome.

Is self-treatment impossible?
