A day when I usually feel okay but think I exercised a lot and walked a lot.
Sometimes I feel a bit indigestion when I eat at my usual pace right after exercising~
It's not like I'm eating hurriedly; I deliberately take my time after experiencing these symptoms a few times.
That's why I often wonder... Shouldn't it be better to digest well after exercising?
