(Health Tip) Easy ways to consume cabbage good for the stomach

Cabbage is said to be good for the digestive system. Especially when your stomach is uncomfortable, many people tell you to try eating cabbage.

However, some people find raw cabbage a bit tough and bulky, making it difficult to eat raw. I also eat raw cabbage frequently, but I find digesting raw vegetables not easy, and it's hard to eat a large amount at once.

So, there are people who drink cabbage juice... Since I don't have hepatitis antibodies, I need to be careful about substances that could be toxic to the liver, but I heard that many vegetable juices contain herbal ingredients besides the vegetables. For those with healthy livers, it might not be an issue, but my doctor advised me not to drink the juice.

So, to make it easier to consume more cabbage, I lightly steam it in a steamer and eat it like wraps. The texture becomes softer, making it easier to swallow, and it blends well with other foods, allowing me to eat more than when eating it raw. Since it's cooked, it doesn't cause any discomfort inside.

Vegetables are easier to digest when cooked.

For those who want to improve digestion, try lightly steaming cabbage like I do~~ It really helps to make a bloated or uncomfortable stomach feel much better!!

    양배추가 위에 좋다는 말은 많이 들었는데 말씀하신 것처럼 보통 즙으로 많이 먹잖아요
    즙은 건강한 사람은 문제없겠지만 간에 무리 간다는 말을 많이 들었느데 이렇게 살짝 쪄서 먹음 더 좋겠네요!

    저도 양배추 생으로 먹으면 부담스러워서 살짝 쪄서 밥에 싸먹었는데 훨씬 좋더라고요.
    한동안 그렇게 신경써서 먹고 위장이 좋아진 것 같은 느낌 있었어요.
