Make sure to eat three proper meals a day~
I don't eat meals regularly.
I usually skip breakfast and eat a late lunch or have a late brunch. Since giving birth, it's been hard and bothersome to prepare meals, so I think I haven't been eating my own mealsㅠ
As a result, I tend to overeat when I eat once.
As I kept starving and overeating repeatedly, I started to feel indigestion even after eating just a little. I constantly felt bloated and think I was always carrying Gas-Herbal Medicine with me.
It got so severe that I had an endoscopy... my stomach was very red... I have gastritis and it might develop a hole...!
The doctor told me to make sure to eat my meals on time and take my medication, so I made sure to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner regularly, and I felt better... Of course, I didn't eat rice at every meal!
I had cereal or something simple for breakfast.
Really, regular meals are important!!!!
