일단 최대한 소화 잘되는 음식으로 먹어요~ 음식이 거의 사라질때까지 꼭꼭 씹어먹구요ㅠㅠ 그리고 안되면 걷기나 스트레칭 간단한 운동하고.. 최후로는 소화제요ㅠㅠ

Hello, these days I feel like I have trouble digesting after eating. My stomach feels full of gas and makes gurgling sounds. I thought about trying Bvlgari, but nothing has changed significantly. Even taking gas relief medicine hasn't made a difference. How do you all solve this problem?
