How do you manage esophagitis?

 

 

I developed esophagitis because I continued the habit of eating and lying down.

Even if I take medicine, it's only for that moment and I don't get better.

Recently, I brewed herbal medicine believed to be good for esophagitis and added red ginseng powder to it.

It seems to be more effective than hospital medication..

Is red ginseng good for acid reflux? Or is it just my feeling...

I hardly eat onions, green onions, chili peppers, or black pepper, and I heard pork isn't good either.

I'm trying to control myself, but I wonder how long I have to keep this up; it's frustrating.

Are there any people whose esophagitis has improved?

    먹고 눕기가 진짜 안좋대요 ㅡ 그래서 먹고 10분산책이 좋대요 식습생활부터 고치셔야될듯 싶어요

      먹고 눕는 습관은 식도염인거 알고나서 고쳤는데 식도염 한번 걸리니까 잘 낫지를 않네요.
      의사선생님이 원래 한번 걸리면 완치가 어려운 질환이라고 하시더라고요 ㅠㅠ
