I developed esophagitis because I continued the habit of eating and lying down.
Even if I take medicine, it's only for that moment and I don't get better.
Recently, I brewed herbal medicine believed to be good for esophagitis and added red ginseng powder to it.
It seems to be more effective than hospital medication..
Is red ginseng good for acid reflux? Or is it just my feeling...
I hardly eat onions, green onions, chili peppers, or black pepper, and I heard pork isn't good either.
I'm trying to control myself, but I wonder how long I have to keep this up; it's frustrating.
