Tips for staying healthy during seasonal changes

I want to inform you!

The most important thing first is getting enough sleep.

 

Do you know how important good sleep is for your health? If you do not get enough sleep, then

Sleep is closely related to health to the extent that it can negatively affect health. To maintain health during seasonal changes, sufficient sleep and adequate rest are necessary.

 

It is good to exercise together for the second time.

 

Going to the gym or playing golf isn't the only way to exercise!

Moving around frequently in daily life is also exercise, you know?

When the weather gets chilly, walking in the park is also exercise, so try to move regularly :)

 

The third is adequate hydration.

 

It is good to drink more than 2 liters of water a day.

Consuming seasonal foods along with staying hydrated can be considered a helpful tip for maintaining health :)

And during seasonal changes, those with dry skin often experience their skin flipping over.

It is good to provide moisture to your skin and take care of it with moisturizing products 🥰

 

Finally, please wear a light coat or long sleeves suitable for the change of seasons.

The temperature difference between day and night is large, so it's easy to catch a cold.
