If hemorrhoids recur, is surgery the answer?

My hemorrhoids always pop out whenever winter comes.

It seems to be especially true when I have a lot of things to worry about.

I recently went back and forth to Seoul for a medical check-up on a day when it even snowed due to the late spring cold snap. Maybe it's because I was outside for so long... but my hemorrhoids suddenly came out.

It looks different from before, hmm...

Would it be better to have surgery?

Or it got better if I did sitz baths and used a sitz bath sheet at home. Some people advised against surgery, though...

What would be the best way to do this?
