I've been taking a variety of health supplements lately for health reasons, and I'm wondering if they can cause heartburn. I haven't eaten anything particularly spoiled, but I've been feeling a bit nauseous and bloated. I'm currently taking several vitamins and other supplements, but I'm not sure if it's because I'm taking so many at once. I'm also wondering if health supplements can be a burden on the stomach. If anyone has had a similar experience, please let me know how you took them or what you did when you experienced heartburn.
