I've been worried lately.
It's especially worse when I take it on an empty stomach, and sometimes I even feel nauseous. I have a sensitive stomach, so I'm wondering if vitamin C isn't working for me. I'm also debating whether I should continue taking it or stop.
Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? Is there any way to relieve the discomfort? I'd also like to know if it's okay to take it after a meal, or if switching to a lower dose or a different form (neutral vitamin C) would be better.
