Sharing treatment reviews and daily habits for treating gastritis
I'm sure many of you are concerned about gastritis treatment. I, too, went through a difficult time, taking medication for a long time. I'm much better now, but I wanted to share my gastritis treatment process, hoping it will be helpful to those who are struggling with similar issues.
Gastritis is a condition characterized by persistent symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, and epigastric pain. Modern people, in particular, are prone to gastritis due to lifestyle changes like irregular eating habits, excessive stress, drinking and smoking, and consuming spicy foods. This reflux of stomach acid into the esophagus can cause symptoms like heartburn, chest tightness, heartburn, belching, and a feeling of something stuck in the throat. I suffered from severe indigestion. I constantly felt like I was indigesting, so I tried using my hands and taking digestive aids, but nothing helped. Since these symptoms occur whenever I eat, I visited an internal medicine doctor and tried medication. That didn't work, so I had an endoscopy. I was diagnosed with gastritis and prescribed medication. Some medications are taken before meals, while others are taken after meals. It took a while, but they seemed to help. Another way I try to manage my gastritis is to walk around after meals, even if only a little. Lying down immediately after a meal is not helpful and is a bad habit. Even just walking for about 30 minutes after a meal can help with digestion and help treat gastritis. Furthermore, when digestion is poor during the gastritis treatment process, taking enzymes after meals has also been helpful. Enzymes are taken with lukewarm water and can be taken anytime, before or after meals. While gastritis treatment takes time, you'll see gradual improvement, so give it a try.
