I've never been constipated or had trouble going to the bathroom like this before.
I've been suffering from constipation lately.
I'm frustrated because I rarely get a proper go to the bathroom.
Even though there was nothing special different from usual... I haven't been able to do much refreshing things lately.
I had a headache trying to figure out what to do with this.
I tried taking probiotics and drinking a lot of water, but there was no significant improvement.
